Fabrications as large as 30t are commonplace at Bronx Manufacturing where every member of the workforce takes a personal pride in each piece of equipment that leaves the site.

Bought in flame cut kits, from high quality suppliers, are fabricated and welded by coded welders to the highest specification. They are then inspected and forwarded to customers, or passed for further work in the factory.

Bronx Manufacturing is also capable of machining single pieces up to 30t using some of the most reliable technology available today.

Operating 24 hours a day, the machine shop includes a substantial turning section with both traditional and CNC lathes, universal grinder, horizontal and vertical machining centres and large milling and boring machines.

Complete build - mechanical, electrical and pipework - can all be undertaken.

The three bay assembly shop offers facilities second to none, with overhead lifting capacity of 80t. Each bay has a separate AC power supply with portable hydraulic power packs available for testing functionality of assembled machines.

Adding further value to the facilities available at Bronx Manufacturing is the design department. The design team has over 25 years experience of working with customers to solve manufacturing problems; from determining the best production methods for component parts, to the design of bespoke machines - all using the latest CAD and reprographics equipment.
